The sun direct error code e50-32 appears when no service is available. Occasionally it could be a technical problem also.
Solution 1
Turn of the sun direct set top box and the television.
Remove the smart card.
Clean the chip surface of the smart card
Re-insert it again.
Now, turn on the set top box and the television. Check for the error code e50-32 .
Solution 2
If solution 1 did not work. Take the sun direct remote.
Press menu option in the remote
Select “advanced actions” option
Now set it to “factory defaults” and press “ok”.
Save the settings.
Turn off the DTH box for a minute or two and switch on. Check for the sun direct error code e50-32.
Solution 3
If both the above solutions are not working, then call the Sun direct customer care.
